After a thorough exam and history, gentle chiropractic care and soft tissue work are included. Treatments may include: joint mobilization, Cox Flexion distraction traction, activator adjustments, trigger point therapy, active release technique, and fascial release.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Dr Kate is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist and director/teacher at the Divine Structure School.
